Your Day-to-Day
* Lead and inspire your team to deliver attentive, consultative service think personal styling, not transactional selling
* Create a store environment that’s elegant, welcoming, and emotionally engaging.
* Handle customer queries with warmth and professionalism especially during those once in a lifetime purchases
* Maintain high standards of store presentation and operational excellence
* Support your team’s growth through coaching, feedback, and development
* Monitor performance and take action to drive results
* Ensure all Health & Safety procedures are followed to the highest standard
