General Operative (Traffic Management)
Join our team as a General Operative (traffic management)! Location: Lockerbie DG11 3LP. Must hold a full driving licence (no more than 6 points) to be eligible for this role.

Shift Patterns
* 12 days on 2 days off (work 12 days, weekend off and continue)
* 6 days on 1 day off
* Part‑time over 4 days – Shift patterns of Sat‑Tue or Thurs‑Sun
* Vacancies for high‑speed operatives involve night shifts and require a 12AB Lantra qualification.

Requirements
* Eligibility to work in the UK.
* Flexibility to work the stated shift patterns.
* Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points, held for more than 10 months.
* Within 40 minutes driving distance from the depot.
* Valid traffic management qualifications (e.g. Lantra 12AB, 12D, M1/M2 or Unit 2 – desirable but not essential).
