Assignment Details
As an Unqualified Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects, managing classroom behaviour effectively, and ensuring pupils remain engaged in their learning. You may be covering lessons in the absence of the class teacher or delivering lessons within your subject specialism, depending on your experience.
You will work closely with department staff and senior leaders to maintain high standards of teaching and learning. Start dates are staggered, and once compliance checks are complete, work is available immediately. This role offers flexibility, allowing you to work on a part-time or full-time basis.

Person Specification – Unqualified Teacher
• Previous experience working in a school or educational setting
• Experience delivering lessons or covering classes is desirable
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Confident delivering pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Flexible, reliable, and adaptable
• Enthusiastic and passionate about supporting young people
• Able to commute to Worksop and surrounding areas
