You’ll join our Training team, reporting to the Crew Planning Training Manager. This team is responsible for ensuring our pilots and cabin crew receive the training they need to keep our operation running smoothly and safely.
As Training Planning Officer, You’ll Play a Key Part In Planning And Maintaining EasyJet’s Pilot And Cabin Crew Training Rosters. You’ll Ensure Rosters Are Built Efficiently And Cost-effectively, Taking Fatigue Into Account And Minimising Any Impact. Ø Produce and maintain training rosters in line with legal, company, industrial, and training agreements
Ø Create and update manuals and procedures
Ø Generate training-related statistics and reports
Ø Test and maintain the AIMS system training module
Ø Ensure all recurrent, initial, and ad hoc training is planned and delivered on time
Ø Run daily reports to ensure all rosters are legal and compliant
Ø Team player with a positive, constructive approach to improving roster quality
Ø Knowledge of pilot and cabin crew training footprints
Ø Computer literate, with strong skills in Microsoft Excel and analytical tools
Ø Knowledge of EASA FTL, Fatigue Risk Management, or other crew compliance regulations
Ø Up to 20% maximum bonus

This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend 60% of our time per month in the office.
