About the Role
Aitana is seeking experienced self-employed mortgage advisers to join their expanding team. This fully remote role involves managing your own diary, providing full mortgage and protection advice, and working with an experienced administrative support team. You will engage with both new and existing clients and collaborate with introducers to grow your referrals.

Your Responsibilities
* Maintain high-quality standards when advising on mortgages and protection
* Build and sustain relationships with lenders and providers
* Stay updated with industry knowledge
Requirements to Succeed
* Full CeMap qualification or equivalent for mortgage and protection advice
* At least 12 months of experience in mortgage advice or a mortgage administration environment
* Passion for customer service and achieving the right outcomes
* Professional attitude and rapport-building skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
