This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing tech business based in Yorkshire with a hybrid working model that blends remote flexibility with time in our beautiful office in Pool-in-Wharfedale, near Leeds

Location: Hybrid – Office based in Pool-in-Wharfedale, near Leeds

Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

What You'll Be Doing

As our Paid Media Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing and optimising our paid media campaigns across multiple platforms to deliver against key performance targets.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

* Be responsible for the hands on, day to day budget allocation and optimisation management of paid media campaigns across multiple ad platforms (Search, Paid Social, Programmatic Media etc.) and products.
* Ensure all media activation is in line with strategic business goals and departmental KPIs.
* Adopt a data driven approach to reporting, analysis and insight. Manage key stakeholders with regular and accurate reporting, including market trends, internal performance and forecasting.
* Hero an innovation and testing culture within channels to drive performance and ensure relevance in market.
* Monitor key competitor approaches, propositions and use market insight to identify new opportunities to improve performance or improve relevance.
* Implement a clear and demonstratable understanding of FCA and ASA guidelines for all digital media activity, following internal sign off and approval processes.
* Maintain the relationship with Google Ads/Microsoft Ads and additional insight platforms to achieve optimum results in line with KPIs and business objectives.

What We're Looking For

Core Skills:

* 1+ years' hands-on experience with Google Ads (certification required)
* Strong knowledge of campaign management, optimisation, and budget control
* Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to performance reporting
* Proficient with Microsoft Office tools

Desirable Skills:

* Experience across multiple digital platforms including paid social, display, and programmatic
* Understanding of CRM data and how it can be applied to paid media campaigns
* Experience in a regulated industry, ideally financial services
* Knowledge of reporting tools like Power BI or Looker Studio
* Educated to degree level (BSc preferred)
