* Strong understanding of business process mapping and workflow optimisation
* Confident communicator able to bridge technical and non-technical teams
* Someone passionate about mentoring, sharing knowledge, and building capability within a team
Why apply?
* True flexibility – 99% hybrid working, with access to a central Manchester hub if/when needed
* Be part of a company with strong values, inclusive culture, and a genuine community impact

If you’re an experienced CMS developer looking to take ownership of impactful legal technology projects — all while enjoying flexible working and great support — we’d love to hear from you.
We’re open to candidates from anywhere in the UK and welcome applications from those who may require flexible or part-time working arrangements.
