Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team in delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a solid understanding of Excel, Word and Outlook. This role will involve assisting the Accountant, answering the telephone, dealing with customers, performing data entry tasks, and assisting with general administrative duties.
Duties
* Provide administrative support to the team, ensuring efficient operation of daily tasks.
* Matching delivery notes to purchase invoices.
* Matching order confirmations to purchase orders.
* Emailing sales invoices and statements to customers.
* Answering the telephone, transferring calls to the correct person.
* Dealing with customers queries.
* Responding to emails.
* Checking stock levels and customers orders.
* Maintain an organised filing system for both physical and electronic documents.
Qualifications
* Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while meeting deadlines.
* Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
