New Pathways are a non-government organisation, offering specialist support services for anyone affected by sexual violence, whether recently or in the past. They are the largest provider of sexual violence support services in Wales, and the leading provider of specialist sexual violence training.

Clinical Lead

Location: Office based South Wales

Hours: Full Time (37 hours)

Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 pro rata plus generous pension and benefits

Term: 12 month contract with a view to extending

New Pathways are recruiting for a Clinical Lead to play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, ethical, and effective therapeutic services for individuals affected by sexual violence.

The post provides clinical leadership and strategic oversight to the counselling and therapeutic team, ensuring that all practice is trauma-informed and aligned with the charity’s values and safeguarding responsibilities.

The post holder will be an accredited member of BACP or equivalent professional body and hold a recognised counselling qualification at level 5 or above.
