We are looking for a proactive and organised Office Assistant to support our Quantity Surveyors (QS), Project Managers, and Site Managers.
The Role
This is a varied and fast-paced position at the heart of our operations. You will play a key role in supporting the team to ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Providing administrative support to QS, Project Managers, and Site Managers
Preparing and formatting documents, reports, and correspondence
Assisting with tender documentation and project files
Managing emails, calls, and diary scheduling
Maintaining accurate records of invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes
Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients
Organising and maintaining digital and physical filing systems
Supporting health & safety documentation and compliance paperwork
About You
Previous experience in an administrative role (construction industry experience desirable but not essential)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communicator, both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Able to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Self-motivated and willing to learn
