We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT support and technical troubleshooting, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users. Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding support to our private and public sector clients.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues with our bespoke voice / web application.
* Contribute where possible to the on-going development of our application and the growth of the company.
Experience
* Proven experience in a technical support role or similar position, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
* Familiarity with computer networking concepts and protocols is essential.
* Strong understanding of various operating systems, particularly Mac OS and Linux.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
* Knowledge of PHP and MySQL
* Knowledge of Asterisk
