The Role
Working as a System Development Officer, you will be involved in the planning & roll out of several projects around information system developments. You will play a key role in capturing business requirements, documenting, configuring, testing and delivering information system projects.
About You
With a demonstrable understanding of information systems development, you will be someone who enjoys all things systems and demonstrate the ability to:
* Identify and capture business requirements from the service and any national requirements.
* Manage and deliver information system projects.
* Understand and identify best ways to design, configure and use the systems.
* Spot issues and resolve them through problem solving.
Qualifications and Experience
Essential Qualification: Hold recognised academic or management qualifications appropriate to the post at degree level with evidence of experience in the area of Information management/ Information Systems development.
Employment Information
Contract: 2 year fixed term contract
DBS clearance required. This post is covered by the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (amended in 2013).
