We have clusters of nurseries looking for GrandFlex employees to join our team. You’ll be caring for, supporting, and meeting the needs of our wonderful children.

What will you be doing:
* Provide a positive role model to ensure that Grandir UK values are maintained
* Ensure that equality of access and opportunity is provided to all staff, parents, and children
* Supervise and support children at all times
* Contribute to maintaining an attractive and welcoming environment
* Prepare and supervise activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified Practitioners
* Read, understand, and implement all company policies, procedures, and operational practices
* Ensure adherence to changes in policies, procedures, and practices within the required timescale
* Ensure that nursery practices meet the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage
* Notify your line manager of any concerns regarding policies, procedures, or practices
* Maintain a positive attitude with children, parents, visitors, and colleagues
* Maintain confidentiality where appropriate
* Attend staff meetings, planning meetings, and undertake training as required
