This is a varied role combininglegal secretarial support,audio typing, andclient-facing administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
* Audio and copy typing of legal documents and correspondence
* Preparing letters, court documents and forms
* Diary management and appointment scheduling
* Managing calls, emails and incoming enquiries
* File opening, closing and archiving
* Maintaining electronic and paper files
* Acting as a professional first point of contact for clients
* General office and administrative support
Requirements
* Previous experience as aLegal Secretary / Legal Administrator
* Strong audio typing and document production skills
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook
* Excellent attention to detail and organisation
* Professional and confident communication skills
This role is commutable from Dewsbury, Batley, Cleckheaton, Birstall, Heckmondwike, Mirfield, and nearby areas of Bradford and Leeds
