Overview
Allensmore Nurseries is one of the largest and well-respected UK growers of ornamental plants for the retail market. We are looking to recruit an exceptional Assistant Growing Manager to take responsibility for our 70-acre nursery in Madley Hereford. The successful candidate will be able demonstrate an excellent knowledge of ornamental plant production along with a flair for managing people. You will take responsibility for a team of 6 crop technicians supported by seasonal staff and crop technician apprentices. You will join a team of team of dedicated managers and supervisors focused on growing the business and supplying the very best plants to our customers.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £14.00-£16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 45 – 50 per week
