â¨The Role
As Denzelâs Social Media & Content Marketing Executive (Maternity Cover, 12-Month Fixed Term), youâll be an imaginative powerhouse responsible for steering our social channels. Reporting to the Marketing Manager your work will capture the essence of the Denzelâs brand through our unique tone of voice and awesome visual content, helping to grow our highly engaged community of Genzennial Pet Parents. This is a 12-month fixed-term position to cover maternity leave, with a planned start date the beginning of August.
Your responsibilities include:
* Ownership of Denzelâs organic content calendar, building a creative content plan that aligns with Denzelâs brand strategy & business objectives
* Curation and management of visual content for our social media platforms across Instagram, Tiktok and Linkedin.
* Nurture and manage our âFriendz of Denzâ influencer community, building fruitful relationships by providing best-in-class gifting and experiences for our VIPs.
* Deliver our collaborator strategy managing and curating brand fit paid influencer and brand partnerships.
* Bring to life the brand Tone of Voice with creative copywriting across our digital touchpoints
* Track and assess key performance metrics, analysing campaign effectiveness and sharing insightful reports to the wider business
* Social media community management, creating a window into the brand and connecting with pet parents, delivering the very best brand experience.
* Creating mood boards, collating props, booking shoots & managing our four-legged talent.
đ Who are we looking for?
* 1-3 years experience in social media with a track record of growing organic communities on IG, Tiktok & Linkedin
* A creative thinker with a keen eye for social trends
* Experience creating static and video content
* Excellent copywriting skills
* Previous experience collaborating with influencers & brands
* Organised, proactive and willing to go the extra mile.
* Someone who is obsessed with dogs!
