This role is central to developing and delivering Hackney’s Housing Asset Management Strategy, ensuring homes are safe, high-quality, sustainable, and fit for the future. Leading a multidisciplinary team, you will oversee stock condition intelligence, long-term investment planning, asset performance, contract management, and the delivery of major capital programmes.
