The Opportunity

You'll be the go-to expert for landlords and tenants, delivering a smooth, professional and proactive tenancy journey from start to finish. No micromanagement — just trust, autonomy, and the chance to make your mark.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing a dynamic portfolio of student and residential properties
Conducting inspections and proactively organising maintenance
Resolving tenant queries quickly and professionally
Keeping landlords fully informed and confident in your management
Ensuring full compliance with UK lettings legislation
Handling rent reviews, and check-in/check-out processes
Building strong, long-term client relationships
What We're Looking For
1 years UK residential property management experience preferred
Solid understanding of UK lettings legislation and compliance
Confident communicator who can build trust easily
Highly organised and solution-focused
Comfortable using property management software
Self-motivated, proactive, and ready to take ownership
