We are looking for a Care Assistant to join our team at Pennine View Residential Home, Accrington. Working DAYS or NIGHTS - 8am - 8pm OR 8pm - 8am on a rota basis with alternate weekend availability required.

Pennine View is a residential care home catering for up to 50 residents. The home specialises in dementia care. The home is to be maintained to very high standard and our team will provide a secure, happy and welcoming atmosphere for all residents and visitors.
About the Role:
As a Care Assistant you must:
* Provide assistance, personal care, activities and companionship to residents
* Be alert to residents' needs, health and wellbeing
* Respect the residents' dignity and privacy
* Work with residents and their families to deliver tailored care to each individual
* Assist with mealtimes and safe moving
* Maintain accurate records for each resident

Ideally, you will have experience within a similar role or setting. You will be able to demonstrate compassion and empathy in your approach to caring for older people, be self-motivated, resilient and well-organised.
