Role Description Installation of mechanical systems, components and equipment on vessels. Work safely at all times, complying with Health and Safety and other relevant regulations and guidelines. Follow the relevant instructions, drawings and any other Quality Standards/specifications. Use the appropriate methods and techniques to manufacturer and install mechanical systems and ancillary equipment. Check the completed activity to ensure that all operations have been completed to meet the required Quality Standards/specification. Use associated tools and equipment safely and effectively Qualifications Served and Approved Apprenticeship (In relevant trade) NVQ Level 3 Equivalent Qualification (In relevant subject) Before starting you must hold FULL SC- Estimated minimum time scale for this is 6-8 weeks When you start you will be added onto a 4-day fixed shift and remain on this for 2 weeks until you have completed training. You will then be added onto a permanent shift pattern Training - This is completed over 2 weeks You must pass this to continue your contract Induction period - 9am till 4:45pm After this you will do the below: 4-5 days induction- this will also cover health and safety Random drug test may be required prior to starting Please note this is fully paid for by the client
