Due to growth and existing client needs, the firm is currently seeking a 3-6 year PQE Corporate Associate to join their team.
Responsibilities
* Support experienced Corporate Partners on a range of matters mainly private & public M&A and advisory work, including capital raisings, corporate governance, managed investments and private equity.
Qualifications
* Excellent academic record.
* First‑rate inter‑personal skills.
* Specialist technical ability.
* Demonstrable corporate experience derived from a leading law practice.
