Job Description
* Process payroll accurately and in compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
* Manage payroll queries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
* Maintain up-to-date and accurate payroll records for employees.
* Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure seamless financial reporting.
* Support the preparation and submission of payroll-related tax and statutory filings.
* Ensure compliance with all payroll-related legal obligations and company policies.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement within payroll operations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Payroll professional should have:
* Proven experience in payroll processing within a Professional Services environment.
* Strong understanding of payroll regulations and statutory requirements.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Proficiency in payroll software and related tools.
* Ability to work effectively as part of an Accounting & Finance team.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
* 2/3 days work per week.
