HGV/ Cleaning Night Supervisor at Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services
Pay Rate: £18.92 per hour
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: 38.7 hours per week
Shift Pattern: 4 on/off 18:30-06:30
Location: Heathrow Airport, Building 1156, Newall Road, Hounslow, Greater London, England, TW6 2RZ
Compulsory Requirements
* Full/Valid UK and HGV/CPC licence
* Full 5 years UK employment history with no gaps
* Clean DBS
* Valid passport with share code (if applicable)
* Supervisor experience (cleaning preferred)
Responsibilities
Lead the HGV mobile cleaning night team, managing recruitment, training, and development of staff and maintaining high service standards for routine planned and periodic cleaning. Ensure staff follow schedules, Health & Safety procedures, and provide technical training as required. Distribute uniforms, monitor cleanliness standards, manage supplies and order stocks as necessary. Handle issues efficiently and professionally, escalating to line manager as needed.
Qualifications
Previous supervisory and cleaning experience, strong communication skills, reliability, hardworking, professional attitude, and ability to work independently on a set schedule.
