We're seeking an energetic Forklift Driver Instructor/Trainer to join our Lisburn team. This opportunity has opened following a recent retirement, and we're looking for someone who's ready to bring enthusiasm, expertise and a passion for safe, high-quality training to our growing operation. The role: Developing and delivering forklift, powered access and general plant driver training courses to Briggs staff, apprentices, and customers. Developing and communicating training courses to customers working closely with Sales, Truckcare and Service Staff. Supervising all training courses to maintain safety of all involved to maximise learning. Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge. Keeping all training courses current with latest government safety standards and polices/procedures. Designing, building, and maintaining appropriate training areas. Working with Managers to ensure required staff have the correct and current certificates to meet legal obligations.
