Reed HR have partnered with a fantastic organisation in Kent who are seeking a HSEQ Professional. As a HSEQ Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the business adheres to regulations and maintains high standards of safety and quality.
Day-to-day of the role:
1. Ensure the business is fully compliant with current regulations and industry standards, monitor predicted changes, and implement recommendations as required.
2. Implement and maintain ISO 9001 & 14001 throughout the business and its subsidiaries.
3. Prepare, conduct, and report on audits and inspections across all business aspects, including on-site installations, sales processes, and customer care.
4. Complete and record risk assessments for different aspects of installation and be on-site for installations of high degrees of difficulty.
5. Provide day-to-day advice on Health, Safety, and Environmental aspects of the business.
6. Deliver reports on Compliance adherence throughout the business, raising concerns and recommendations as required, and presenting these reports to Directors and Stakeholders.
