We are hiring for our client, a highly regarded law firm, who wish to recruit a Legal Secretary to join their Conveyancing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, supportive office environment in either their Newtownards or Bangor office. The successful Legal Secretary will play a key role in supporting solicitors with residential conveyancing matters, client communications, and document preparation.
The Role
 * Provide full secretarial support to solicitors in the conveyancing team
 * Prepare, draft and format legal documents including contracts and correspondence
 * Liaise with clients, estate agents, banks, and other solicitors to progress files efficiently
 * Manage case files including scheduling deeds and handling relevant searches
 * Maintain accurate records and update case management systems
 * Provide general office and administrative support as required
The Person
 * Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within a conveyancing team
 * Strong typing, audio typing and document production skills
 * Excellent communication and organisational skills
 * Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
 * Confident working independently while also contributing to a team setting
