The Role
As a Senior IT Contract Recruiter, you'll play a pivotal role in both business development and contractor management within our thriving financial services practice. You'll be responsible for:
* Sourcing, placing and managing IT contractors for transformation projects across banking, insurance, and investment firms
* Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in financial institutions
* Managing a portfolio of contractors working on system installation, upgrades, customisation and maintenance projects
* Conducting weekly check-ins with contractors to ensure project satisfaction and client delivery
* Identifying new business opportunities and expanding our client base
* Contributing to our team's revenue targets and business growth

Requirements
* Proven experience in IT contract recruitment, preferably within financial services
* Strong understanding of digital transformation technologies and project lifecycles
* Excellent relationship building skills with both clients and contractors
* Business development experience and a hunter mentality
* Ability to effectively manage multiple contractors across various projects
* Strong commercial awareness of the financial services technology landscape
