Overview
We are seeking to recruit a Learning Coach to join our World of Work team. This post will ensure that all learners have an office-based main point of contact from day one of their learning. The Learning Coach will work closely with teachers, assessors, employers, and stakeholders to facilitate effective communications and escalate issues to a senior manager in a timely way. The Learning Coach is responsible for OneFile compliance and acts as the main point of contact for learners and employers.
Responsibilities
* Complete scheduled tasks and milestones and report to the quality and compliance functions of the business.
* Coordinate communications between learners, teachers, assessors, employers, and stakeholders.
* Identify and escalate issues in a timely manner to ensure smooth learner progress and compliance.
