As a Client Advisor Assistant, you will work closely with the Client Advisors, contributing to the development of sustainable client relationships and a strong client experience. You will provide administrative, commercial, organisational, and operational support across multiple client-related processes covering the entire lifecycle of the client families we serve.
Key Accountabilities
The CAA will support the Private Banking client-facing team, assisting Client Advisors with:
* Managing clients' wealth in line with their aspirations and risk appetite, including preparing for meetings and following up on actions.
* Contacting clients to meet their needs, arranging meetings, reviews, and handling queries.
* Maintaining client files and records, including data updates and new client setup.
* Responding professionally to client calls and queries.
* Liaising with operations and administration units.
* Preparing and dispatching client valuation records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Supporting projects and ensuring team obligations are met, such as client profile updates.
* Handling valuations, payments, and record keeping.
* Supporting other teams as needed and adhering to a culture of compliance.
* Developing professional expertise through training and qualifications.
Knowledge And Experience
* Strong knowledge of the UK wealth management industry.
* Experience supporting multiple advisors.
* Understanding of risk, compliance, and data management.
Attributes and Qualities
* Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
* Team-oriented, accurate, well-organized, and solution-focused.
Technical Skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with G2 and Intelligent Office is advantageous.
* Financial knowledge of investment products, regulations, and compliance.
* Experience in similar roles or supporting client advisors.
* Working towards CISI or CFA Level 4 qualifications encouraged.
Languages Skills
* Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
