About the role Are you an organised and proactive HR professional looking to develop your career in a supportive and dynamic environment? We have an exciting opportunity for a People and Support Administrator to join our friendly HR team at Nightingale Hospital. Working closely with the People Advisor and Head of People, youll provide efficient administrative support across recruitment, compliance, onboarding, and training. Youll help ensure smooth HR operations, accurate staff records, and a positive employee experience - all while coordinating the hospitals training and development programmes. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and a genuine interest in people, learning and organisational development. Who were looking for? You will have strong administrative experience, ideally within a HR or People function. You will be proactive, well-organised and able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships across all levels of the organisation. You will be confident using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications. You will have a genuine interest in HR, people development and employee experience. Above all, you will be professional, approachable and dedicated to supporting the delivery of exceptional care through effective HR support.
