About The Role - Coachbuilder
£3000 NEW RECRUIT JOINING BONUS
We are currently seeking a multiskilled and experienced Coachbuilder to join our busy mechanical engineering team at Weston-Super-Mare.
For helping keep our fleet on the road, you'll earn a good salary and great benefits (see below). We'll also provide your overalls and the basic tools and equipment needed for you to be successful in your role.
This could be a great opportunity for you to widen your skill base in body work repair, work on a larger scale vehicle and also work on our state of the art electric vehicles.
This will be a multiskilled role covering all body work duties and also undertaking vehicle inspections on a daily basis (full training will be provided for this).
Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Will Include
Conducting accident bodywork repairs and diagnosing any faults
Performing collision and vandalism repairs, including windows, panel and fibreglass work
Interior repairs on seating and flooring and air operated door systems
Paint preparation and any minor bodywork paint repairs and touch ups
Providing detailed inspection reports and advice on necessary vehicle repairs
Performing thorough inspections within company processes
Ensuring that vehicles meet all required safety regulations
Location: Weston-Super-Mare
Working Hours: 39 hours per week - varying shifts available and can be discussed at interview
Pay: £20.92 per hour + £3000 NEW RECRUIT JOINING BONUS
About You
Do you have a minimum level 3 NVQ standard or equivalent, with proven coach building experience?
Do you have working experience in vehicle accident repair and painting for PSV/HGV vehicles?
Full driving licence is preferred, a PCV licence isn't essential, we can support you in gaining it
