What we look for in a Sous Chef:
We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef or Senior CDP looking for the next step, who considers themselves a natural leader with a passion for producing quality, fresh food in a welcoming environment. As a successful Sous Chef, you will:
* Have experience championing excellent service through quality food
* Demonstrate a passion for leading and developing a team
* Be an active, hands-on chef with excellent communication skills
* Be responsible for managing the kitchen staff rota, training, and health and safety procedures effectively
* Work alongside your Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes for menus and daily specials
* Show great planning and organizational skills to maintain effective controls regarding GP and labor
* Take a proactive approach to driving sales and growth through engagement with both kitchen and front-of-house teams
