The Role:
This highly regarded Real Estate team is looking for a junior disputes lawyer to join their Manchester office.
The Real Estate team are involved in a broad mix of premium commercial property deals, including acquisitions & disposals, developments, and asset management. They have particular expertise in energy, telecoms, and retail - you will have the opportunity to specialise or retain a broad practice.
You will advise clients on a broad range of commercial property disputes such as (but not limited to):
1. Lease renewals
2. Dilapidations
3. Restrictive Covenants
4. Break options
5. Telecoms
6. Insolvency-related issues
7. Rights of way/Boundary issues
You can expect to join a close-knit, down-to-earth team, who are in each other's corners and work collaboratively on large-scale projects. You will work alongside respected names in the market while having the platform to develop your own profile.
The Ideal Candidate:
8. This role will suit a Junior Real Estate Lawyer, likely between NQ - 3 years PQE
9. Experience gained across a range of property litigation matters including those as mentioned above
10. Enjoy working as part of a close-knit team
11. Have a desire to develop internal & external relationships, elevating your 'brand' and that of the team
