An exciting opportunity has arisen for dynamic and motivated individuals to join the team of Radiographers at Hywel Dda University. The sites which have vacancies are Glangwili General Hospital, Carmarthen; Withybush General Hospital, Haverfordwest; and Bronglais General Hospital, Aberystwyth. All three departments offer a supportive and encouraging environment in which to develop as a professional and advance in your radiographer career.
We welcome applications from third-year student radiographers who qualify this year.
This is a new and exciting post; the Band 5 Radiographers recruited will work within the CT or MRI departments. Applicants will have the opportunity to train in a specialist area. They will be expected to undertake cannulation training and work with a committed team of radiographers and support staff. You will be provided with a training/competency preceptorship plan and will be fully supported to become trained in the modality. Each hospital has modern scanners and recently refurbished working areas.
The appointment is for 37.5 hours per week, including long days, evenings, nights, weekends, and bank holidays shifts.
