We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team at a growing media publishing company. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on email marketing and SEO, working closely with our Email Marketing Manager to deliver engaging content for both our own brands and our clients. The Role As Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimising email newsletters and website content. You will also support client email marketing campaigns, helping to plan, build, and execute effective email communications that deliver results. This role suits someone who enjoys a mix of content creation, campaign execution, and collaboration. Key Responsibilities Create, build, and send regular email newsletters using Klaviyo or a similar ESP Work closely with the Email Marketing Manager on campaign planning, testing, and optimisation Support client email marketing campaigns, including setup, content creation, and delivery Write compelling email copy for both in-house brands and clients Design or adapt email templates and visual assets Create and optimise website articles using SEO best practices Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO improvements Support social media activity where required (planning, content, or promotion) Monitor campaign performance and help improve open rates, click-throughs, and engagement About You Proven experience in a digital marketing role Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or a similar email service provider Strong copywriting skills with a good understanding of audience engagement Comfortable with basic design work (email layouts, images, or templates) Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals Confident communicating with internal stakeholders and supporting client work Well organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines Desirable: experience supporting or managing social media channels Benefits: A fantastic basic salary, with ongoing potential for growth Partial hybrid or remote working opportunities (upon successful completion of probation period) 25 days holiday annually – plus bank holidays A range of holiday incentive schemes, including increases with length of service An early finish every Friday!
