Technical Account Manager, London (English & Spanish speaker) Duration: Permanent Location: London Start: ASAP We are looking for a Technical Account Manager responsible for ensuring successful pitching, implementation, usage, and operations of our Enterprise Solution Product suite. The role involves technical discussions and collaboration with sales, product, and operations teams. At Getty Images, we are proud to move the world with images. Who You Are:
* The Technical Account Manager supports sales and B2B customers in pre and post-sales activities, including system demos, technical guidance on implementation and onboarding, issue resolution, and product adoption, including MMS and API, with potential expansion to other products.
* Drive product adoption, usage, and retention.
* Act as a customer advocate to identify product improvements and collaborate with product teams on solutions and timelines.
* Assist sales in closing deals and renewals.
* Deploy product solutions and onboard/train customers.
* Solve customer issues and review workflows for simplification.
* Support all aspects of customer service related to Getty Images' digital asset management solutions and related platforms.
* Communicate technical and non-technical information effectively, manage configurations, integrations, and training, and demonstrate Getty Images' product knowledge and technical skills.
Your Next Challenge:
* Serve as a key contact for customer integrations across all GI products and services.
* Advocate for customers to improve product use and support business goals.
* Become a Getty Images Enterprise Solution Platform expert, maintaining technical and operational expertise.
* Stay updated on product evolution and support sales growth.
* Promote product adoption through training and outreach.
* Collaborate with product teams to improve processes and overcome adoption barriers.
* Support standardization for scalable enterprise operations.
* Manage risks, scope, and customer expectations.
* Track system issues and feature requests, liaise with development teams, and report resolutions.
* Monitor and report on product utilization, embed products within client workflows, and expand usage.
* Assist clients with production services like asset uploading and organization.
* Some travel may be required.
What You’ll Need:
* 3-5 years of relevant experience in enterprise product consulting and integration.
* Understanding of enterprise workflows, integration technologies, access control, security, and asset/metadata management.
* Ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English, verbal and written; additional European languages are a plus.
Nice To Have:
* Familiarity with DAM solutions, image licensing, metadata, API integrations, and working with product and development teams.
