OVERVIEW:
•An opportunity for an experienced paralegal to join a Civil Litigation team
•You will work closely with an experienced Litigation Partner on high profile and complex litigation cases across the UK
•You will handle boundary disputes, company and commercial litigation, debt recovery, inquest work, judicial review, landlord and tenant disputes, probate disputes, professional negligence, property cases and TOLATA claims
•Applications are open to paralegals with experience in litigation
•Confident in handling debt recovery calls
•Skilled in advocating effectively for clients
•Organised team player with excellent communication and IT skills
