Electronics Design EngineerLocation: PooleSalary: £45-60kAre you an experienced Electronics Design Engineer looking for a new challenge? Join a dynamic team where you’ll be responsible for designing high-quality, reliable, and safe electronic systems for cutting-edge projects in compliance with international standards.Key Responsibilities: * Develop electronic designs, including schematics, PCB layouts, and Bills of Materials. * Ensure designs meet project objectives, schedules, and budgets. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance design processes and implement lessons learned. * Interpret technical requirements, create detailed documentation, and manage the product lifecycle. * Liaise with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors to finalize technical specifications and provide support. * Ensure designs comply with regulatory standards, including CE & UKCA regulations. * Promote cost-effective materials and manufacturing methods. * Occasionally travel for project requirements.Key Requirements: * Minimum 5 years' experience in electronic design, ideally in an engineering or manufacturing environment. * Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Altium), microcontrollers, and communication protocols (RS422, RS232, Ethernet, LVDS). * Solid knowledge of product safety, compliance, and lifecycle management. * Strong problem-solving skills, with experience in risk mitigation, FMEA, and root cause analysis. * Electronics Engineering degree and working towards CEng.What We Offer: * A dynamic, innovative environment where your skills and ideas will be valued. * Opportunities for professional growth and career development. * A chance to work on high-impact projects in a fast-paced industry.If you are a self-motivated engineer passionate about delivering excellence and seeking a new challenge, apply now
