Job Description
The Strategic Workforce Planning Manager will:
3. Develop and execute strategic workforce plans to meet the organisation's current and future needs.
4. Analyse workforce data and trends to inform decision-making.
5. Collaborate with the wider HR team and business leaders to understand workforce requirements.
6. Address workforce challenges and provide solutions.
7. Monitor and report on workforce planning activities.
8. Be able to offer consultation to various business units
9. Create and develop presentation packs to deliver findings
The Successful Applicant
A successful Strategic Workforce Planning Manager should have:
10. Proven experience in strategic & consultative role.
11. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
12. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
13. Proficiency in workforce planning software and tools a bonus, but strong systems skills a must.
14. A strong understanding of HR practices and policies.
