Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
1. Identify opportunities to enhance margin and profitability across regions in close partnership with FP Sales teams.
2. Deliver transparency on where profitability is gained or lost across customers, product lines, and transactions.
3. Analyse CM1 and CM2 margins and develop tracking mechanisms that highlight risk and opportunity.
4. Provide pricing and margin insight for both new business opportunities and existing customer portfolios.
5. Support commercial performance monitoring, identifying variances vs. budgets and supporting corrective action plans.
6. Strengthen commercial margin enhancement capabilities across FP in collaboration with Commercial and Finance teams.
7. Drive best practices in margin enhancement and commercial processes.
8. Streamline FP Commercial reporting and proactively deliver insights to senior leadership up to Board level.
9. Produce ad‑hoc analysis and reporting to support strategic decision making.

What We’re Looking For
Qualifications
14. Academic degree in Finance (Postgraduate or MBA preferred)
Skills & Competencies
15. Proven experience driving commercial finance initiatives, reporting, and business support
16. Strong business acumen with the ability to extract, interpret, and communicate insights to all stakeholder levels
17. Analytical, independent, and methodical approach
18. Confident change agent with strong communication and interpersonal impact
19. Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, multinational environment
20. Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging senior leaders
21. High proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Salesforce, SAP or E1
22. Strong presentation and slide‑building abilities
23. Fluent English; additional languages advantageous
Experience
24. 5–7 years of business experience
25. 3–4 years in commercial finance roles
26. Experience in consulting or advisory roles is a strong plus
27. Packaging industry experience beneficial but not required
