Pay rates
* £12.80 per hour
* £15.21 per hour after 12 weeks
* Overtime up to £25.88 per hour
Shifts
* 4 on, 4 off rotation
* 6am – 6pm or 6pm – 6am

Your duties as a Mixing Operative
* Mix ingredients for sauces and seasonings following recipes
* Operate production lines safely and efficiently
* Pack and label finished products to quality standards
* Perform quality checks throughout the process
* Maintain cleanliness and report any machinery issues
What we're looking for
* Previous production experience is helpful but not essential
* A great attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
* Comfortable with manual handling and being on your feet during shifts
