Driver Hire are recruiting mobile vehicle fitters for our client based in Redditch.
We are currently recruiting for Vehicle fitters to join a well-established vehicle conversion business in the heart of Redditch. You will be required to fit out and/or convert commercial vehicles and deliver them to customers.
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 5.30pm
Pay: up to £14.00 per hour (Salary uplift once permanent)
Immediate Start Available
This is a temp-to-perm role, with a full contract after 13 weeks and a pay increase.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Carpentry skills
* Mechanical experience (working with cars/machines)
* Electrical wiring knowledge of vans (advantage, not essential)
* Experience with hand and power tools
* DIY-minded
* Motivated, enthusiastic, focused, hardworking, with a keen eye for detail
* Prides in their work
* Team player with good communication skills
* Flexible with working hours
* Full clean driving license; over 25 years of age for insurance purposes
