Join a growing Utility Solutions Practice delivering utility-based services to a range of clients. Based at The Hub, Aztec West, Bristol, the team supports flexible and hybrid working.
Your new role
1. Provide administrative and project support
2. Manage shared mailbox and respond to queries
3. Liaise with asset owners and suppliers
4. Process payments (BACS, credit card, invoices)
5. Prepare and update performance reports
6. Monitor client financial status
7. Assist with audits and quality checks
8. Set up new customers in financial systems
9. Support other teams with ad hoc tasks
What you'll need to succeed
10. Strong attention to detail and numeracy
11. Confident with MS Office
12. Clearmunicator and problem-solver
13. Organised and adaptable
14. Trustworthy with financial data
15. Previous admin/project support experience (desirable)
