Commercial Property Solicitor (Newly Qualified), South Wales, £50,000+ (DOE)

The Role:
Manage a varied caseload of property matters, including sales and purchases, transfers of equity, refinances, landlord and tenant issues, and easements.
Prioritize work effectively and meet deadlines.
Deliver an exceptional standard of client care.
Apply technical knowledge to a broad range of property transactions.
Play a key role in business development and cross-referrals.
Supervise and delegate tasks to trainees and paralegals.
Skills Required:
Experience in residential or commercial conveyancing as a newly qualified solicitor.
Strong academic background and ambition to develop a career in agricultural and rural law.
