Responsibilities
* Lead efforts to secure early funding for production costs, including outreach to potential investors and partners.
* Collaborate closely with the creative team to align funding strategies with the project’s vision and production timeline.
* Oversee financial planning, ensuring all investments are managed transparently via a dedicated repayment account.
* Maintain active communication with interested distributors and facilitate negotiations as needed.
* Contribute to the creative direction and strategic planning of the docuseries and future productions.
* Support the team in meeting key milestones to ensure timely completion of the pilot episode.
Skills And Requirements
* Proven experience as an Executive Producer or in a senior production role within documentary or film projects.
* Strong track record of securing funding or investment for media productions.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Deep understanding of the documentary production process, from development through post-production.
* Ability to work collaboratively with creative and financial teams.
* Familiarity with international co-productions and distributor relations is highly desirable.
* Based in Spain or able to work remotely with availability for key meetings and production milestones.
* Immediate availability to begin work and commit through early 2026.
