We're seeking an experienced analytical and proactive Salesforce Business Analyst to join our Platform Department under the Project and Change pillar of our Salesforce Centre of Excellence. In this role, the Salesforce Business Analyst will bridge the gap between legal stakeholders and our technical team, gathering and documenting business requirements, shaping Salesforce solutions, and ensuring they meet the firm's operational and compliance needs across our suite of Salesforce related products working as part of a multi scrum team model.
We work Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm, offering 26 days holiday, plus Bank Holidays, Pension, Company Events and a commitment to Training and Development opportunities. We can offer this position as a hybrid role.
The Role:
* Document functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
* Log, track, and verify defects in the issue-tracking system (e.g., Jira).
* Collaborate with Salesforce developers, Architect and administrators to translate requirements user stories in JIRA
* Produce detailed specifications and mock-ups for business processes, salesforce solutions and integrations/managed packages (e.g., with financial systems, document management)
* Support Agile delivery by prioritizing backlogs along with the product owners
* Track progress, manage risks, and communicate status to stakeholders
* Define and execute UAT and system-integration test plans, validating that delivered functionality aligns with requirements.
The Person:
* Relevant Salesforce Certifications
* Experience in a Business Analyst role with Salesforce tools
* Experience operating within Agile/Scrum methodologies
* Experience working within the finance industry or with finance features would be a benefit
* Familiarity with project management tools including JIRA/Confluence and Miro
* Ability to understand user requirements and processes and identify potential issues during testing
* Strong evidence of stakeholder management around Salesforce best practice while capturing requirement
* Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, able to liaise effectively with legal and technical teams
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
