About Tell My Truth and Shame the Devil C.I.C.

Tell My Truth and Shame the Devil C.I.C. is a community interest company tackling one of the most urgent and unspoken crises within the Black British community – the hidden pandemic of child sexual abuse (CSA). We are committed to truth-telling, breaking cycles of silence, and building safer, stronger, and more resilient families and communities.

We are growing rapidly and aim to onboard over 200 volunteers into our CIC to help drive forward our mission and initiatives. To achieve this, we are looking for a dedicated and organised Volunteer Fundraising Manager / Consultant

The Role – Volunteer Fundraising Manager / Consultant

We are looking for a Fundraising professional to help us develop and deliver a fundraising strategy that will secure the resources needed to expand our impact. You will play a central role in shaping income generation through grants, donations and partnerships.

Responsibilities:

* Design and deliver a fundraising strategy aligned with our mission.
* Identify, research and apply for relevant grants and funding opportunities.
* Cultivate relationships with donors, sponsors and partners.
* Develop fundraising campaigns and community engagement initiatives.
* Report on fundraising outcomes and impact.

What We're Looking For:

* Proven experience in fundraising, business development or consultancy.
* Strong writing skills for funding applications and proposals.
* Ability to build networks and relationships.
* Strategic mindset and creativity in generating income streams.

Important - Voluntary Role

This is 100% a voluntary position. There is no financial payment for this role. Please only apply if you are open to contributing your time and expertise voluntarily. As the CIC grows and secures funding, there may be opportunities for paid roles in the future.
