ROLE OVERVIEW As Site Leader, you will provide strategic and tactical leadership across: Production Quality Safety Manufacturing Engineering Planning & Production Control Supply Chain & Inventory Facilities & Maintenance Regulatory Compliance Capital Investment Strategy You will drive improvements in cost, quality, delivery, and efficiency - while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and operational excellence. Onsite requirement: minimum 4 days per week in Evesham I mpact: Key leadership role supporting the global MPT platform WHAT YOU WILL LEAD Operational Excellence Oversee all production work centres, staffing, planning, procurement, and inventory Drive yield improvement, cost reduction, and capacity optimisation Implement robust scheduling and planning processes Ensure operations meet standard times and standard costs Strategic Site Leadership Lead Annual Operating Planning and hit Manufacturing Profit targets Drive LEAN, continuous improvement, and productivity initiatives Enhance ERP functionality (JDE) to support decision-making Develop supply chain processes that improve cost, quality, and stability People & Culture Build high-performing teams through coaching, development, and accountability Ensure strong safety culture with preventative and ergonomic programmes Champion a culture of learning, improvement, and operational discipline Quality, Compliance & Infrastructure Maintain ISO certification and audit readiness Oversee facility layout, equipment, maintenance, and capital projects Ensure regulatory and compliance standards are consistently met WHAT YOU BRING Bachelor's degree required (advanced degree preferred) Proven and significant leadership in manufacturing operations Lean Certified (preferred) Strong track record in continuous improvement and operational transformation Ability to lead through change and deliver strong, sustainable results Excellent communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems WHY JOIN IDEX MPT?
