Offer description

Overview

We\'re passionate about providing our valued supporters with the best possible experience, making it as easy as possible to get involved with British Heart Foundation\'s (BHF) mission to help fund lifesaving research. Our team is growing, to support the various Products we support within BHF, and we\'re recruiting for two new Product Owners focused on Workday Core HCM to join us and you\'ll own the roadmap for your product, ensuring they are prioritised to drive maximum user value and support business goals.

Responsibilities

* Own the product roadmap for Workday Core HCM and prioritise work to drive maximum user value and support business goals.
* Collaborate closely with colleagues across the business and be supported by a scrum team made up of UX, development, QA, delivery, and content specialists.
* Work in a blended arrangement with dual location between home and the London office, with in-office presence encouraged at least one day per week for blended contracts.

Working arrangements

This is a blended role, where your work will be dual located between your home and our London office. At BHF we believe in the power of being together, so our colleagues on blended contracts can expect to spend some time in their office, at least one day each week, on average. The use of our office spaces is driven in part by your role and the activities you need to do. This may vary from time to time, so you will need to work in a flexible way to unlock your best work for our cause.

About you

* With a strong knowledge and understanding of product development and product life-cycle management, as well as knowledge of product discovery techniques and data analysis and insight tools you\'ll have previous knowledge of technical systems as well as the technology fundamentals that underpin them.
* Significant experience of Workday Core HCM is essential, alongside a specialism of two of the following modules: Integrations, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Optimisation.
* You\'ll have agile scrum experience, alongside proven experience of stakeholder management at varied levels of technical literacy, able to communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* You\'ll have a collaborative, positive, organised, and adaptable attitude to work, with previous experience managing supplier relationships and optimising costs, and will be able to be proactive about finding better ways of doing things and building your technical know-how.
* With previous experience of analysis techniques, you\'ll be able to manage a varied and challenging workload, think critically, constructively challenge others and interrogate information, manage supplier relationships and optimising costs.
