Commercial Dispute Resolution Solicitor
Location: Cheltenham
Salary: Up to£60,000 (DOE)
Working Arrangement: Hybrid (initial on-site expectation)
About the Role
A new opportunity has arisen for an NQ-4 PQE Solicitor to join a well-established Commercial Dispute Resolution team. You will assist on a broad range of commercial and financial disputes across sectors such as banking, property, technology and professional services.
The team provides excellent supervision and early responsibility, making this an ideal opportunity for a junior litigator looking to build strong technical foundations.
Responsibilities
* Managing and assisting on commercial disputes and negotiations
* Drafting pleadings, correspondence and settlement documents
* Conducting legal research and contributing to case strategy
* Supporting business development and client relationships
About You
* NQ-2 years PQE
* Some experience in commercial disputes (either training seat or post-qualification)
* Strong drafting and analytical skills
* Collaborative, commercially aware and well organised
